Hello DJ seeker!  My name is Randy Duren and I have been a DJ for over ten years now.  My journey started when I was 20 years old.  I was young, rambunctious, loved being the center of attention and couldn’t resist a good karaoke show. 

As a karaoke regular I got to know the owners of Starz fairly well and I begged them to teach me their hosting secrets.  They were eager to share and I was eager to learn.  I started hosting karaoke shows, moved to Name That Tune (loved it!), graduated to kids parties and eventually became the SuperStarz host that I am today.  I have been DJing weddings as a lead DJ for 8 years now and I really feel that I have mastered the craft (it’s my forte). 

As a DJ, there are a couple of things that I take very seriously: professionalism and good times.  As a master DJ I have learned that professionalism produces good times.  If an event is approached by an experienced, knowledgeable, professional DJ than you can rest assured that your needs and your guests needs will be met. 

On a personal note: I am a husband, father, son, brother, Oregon native, ASU alumni, and a school teacher.  Being a DJ is my vice.  I love helping to create wonderful weddings and events that you and your guests will talk about for years to come!  Your search is over.  Give us a call and ask for Randy!
